Objectives:

1. Acquiring basic skills to dominate the ball.

2. Practicing the individual and collective actions of elementary techniques.

3. Acquiring tactical elements essential to develop the game.

4. Knowing and learning basic rules of football.

5. Playing a sport with the elements of competitiveness and tolerance.

 

Contents: 1. Control and basic skills with the ball. 2. Dribbling, passing and shooting (elementary). 3. Goalkeeper's basic techniques. 4. Basic techniques of taking the ball. 5. Elementary techniques to help goal defense. 6. Basic strategies and tactics to support teammates. 7. Elementary techniques of movement depending on the area of the field.


Activities:  1. Games: Domain ball. 2. Hitting against different surfaces and in different places. 3. Drive the ball field. 4. Overcoming the opposition. 5. Passing several turnovers. 6. Taking shots 7. Goalkeeping with hands. 8. Goalkeeping with feet. 9. Stealing from the opposition. 10. Defending your team's goal 11. Supporting teammates with the ball.

 

Evaluation process: A report card is given which shows the progress of the student.

 

Equipment: Sports hall, outdoor sports court, balls, cones, poles.
