Objectives:

Build an ideal complement to school activity in the area of Physical Education and Art. 6. Psychomotor development and artwork. |

Contents:

The body as a means of expression.
2.
Music and rhythm.
3.
Elements of ballet and Spanish
ballet, including movements and accessories (clapping, stomping, castanets, shawls etc.). Observations: 1. Start with free movement and build confidence to prevent students from feeling self-conscious. 2. Create Spanish ballet choreography, classical dance and aerobics. 3. Christmas Recital and End of Course Recital. 4. Evaluation: attitude, aptitude, progression and attendance.
Activities: 1. Body movements accompanying the rhythm of music. 2. Postural control and body relaxation. 3. Variety of classical dance choreography and Spanish ballet.
Evaluation Process: An evaluation report is compiled which shows the progression of the student, Facilities and Equipment: Dance studio, musical equipment and various CDs.
